The search is on to find the "Best Companies to Work for in Florida."  The program is open to all Florida organizations that meet the eligibility requirements.

The "Best Companies to Work for in Florida" program will attempt to rank companies in three company size categories:

Best Companies to Work for Small-Sized companies (15-24 employees)*

Best Companies to Work for Medium-Sized Companies (25-249 employees)

Best Companies to Work for Large-Sized Companies (250 employees or more)

The "Best Companies to Work for in Florida" results and rankings will be simultaneously published by Florida Trend and posted on this website.

*  Due to the large number of smaller companies in Florida, we have created a "small-sized company" category that will give companies in this category a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits such as purchasing the Employee Feedback Report.  To ensure the credibility of the information, companies in this category must have an 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
