A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact at each company to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is February 1st (online option only).
Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).
Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).
